Introduction

Community leaders are the doers of development; they are the mobilizers for development. They require specific leadership skills to enable them to become more effective.

A local Government cannot grow or develop beyond the competencies of its leadership. Local Governments have enormous resources that only visionary leadership can harness and deploy for development purposes. Community Associations and Town Unions Age Grade Association need to have their leaders trained to enable them understand how to manage leadership intrigues for progress and development within their groups and beyond.

Key leadership skills

Developing relational and

Communicative skills and

Grassroots mobilization skills

Advocacy and lobbying skills

Resource Development Grid (RDG)

Holistic resources management

Integrated Community Development Planning

Community Branding 

Community leadership development processes.

Program Delivery

The Program will be delivered online and on onsite, one weekend in a month, at our Study Centres in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt.

More Centres are opening and will be made available in due course. Classes also hold online at self-paced rate for all students.

Course Certification

Participants that successful complete the theoretical and practical aspects are issued with a  Advanced Certificate in Community Development & Leadership from FLED International Leadership Institute.
