Foundation for Leadership & Education Development – FLED – comprises a number of social enterprise organizations. In 1995, when we started, we adopted an entrepreneurial attitude in the pursuit of our social mission. This required us to think of ways to offer the highest possible value to the greatest number of people at the lowest possible cost.
Providing high quality services requires that beneficiaries of such services pay huge sums of money.
But to make sure those who truly desire to benefit from our service are not left out, we decided to approach our friends, Alumni, Associates, well-wishers, and Corporate organizations for financial and non-financial supports.
With their support, we are able to keep the work going, and to provide full or partial scholarship to qualified individuals including youths, who apply to attend our programs.
Without such scholarship opportunities, many young professionals and youths cannot participate in our programs, even though they need them desperately for their personal and professional development.
