Faculty Leadership Trainer Certification Program
Fled International Leadership Institute is seeking to recruit qualified multidisciplinary professionals to join her Faculty.
Faculty Membership is not restricted by location or distance as our programs are delivered hybrid. However, to be admitted as a Faculty Leadership Trainer at Fled Institute, the individual required to undertake the Faculty Leadership Trainer Certification Program.
The program is designed to help potential Faculty Members to understand the operational philosophy of Fled Institute. The program holds both online and onsite.
Who can apply?
ACPL Members and other professionals who would like to be admitted into Faculty status at Fled Institute.
Duration: One Month
Delivery: Hybrid
Date: March 15- April 12, 2025 (Saturdays)
Venue: Plot MF 57 Cadastral Zone, KMC Street, Karu Site, Abuja.
Program Fee:
ACPL Members with update subscription payment: N15k
ACPL Members not up-to-date: N25k
Non-ACPL Members: N50k
Program Topics
Participants will undertake the following course topics
* Understanding the Philosophy & DNA of Fled Institute
* Grooming for Leadership Excellence
* The Ecology of Public Leadership
* Principles & Practice of Leadership Facilitation
* Rules of Engagement as Consultants and Faculty.
* Roles of Consultants and Faculty Members
Practicum
Those taking this course will be allowed to teach in two course at Institute scheduled for March and April, for practicum.
Benefits of the Certification
Those that complete the program and receive the certification will serve as Faculty Members at Fled Institute. They will be acorded the privileges and benefits outlined in the Institute’s Faculty Compensation Plan, including payments for each course they teach at Fled Institute.
Role of Faculty
To teach leadership courses at the Institute across the country and around Africa, using curriculum developed by the Institute. The Faculty Member should also be available to discuss public issues, online or onsite, as occasion demands.
Being a certified leadership faculty at Fled Institute is an honour that should be cherished.
