Introduction
The School of Postgraduate Studies at FLED Internaional Leadership Institute offers graduate-level academic and professional leadership education grounded in Fledism Leadership Philosophy.
Admission requirements
Individuals that desire to apply for any course in the School of Postgraduate Studies must possess a minimum of first degree or HND in any filed of study. Evidence of work experience will also be required.
Application Process
In addition to approved educational qualifications, admission into Postgraduate Programs is processed through Validation of Prior Learning and Experience – VPLE. Proof of work experience may be required.
Delivery Mode
Courses are delivered online and Onsite. Materials delivered in various formats including zoom meeting, PDF files, Voice recordings, etc.

Program Content
Theoretical Coursework – Candidate is required to take selected courses at the Institute.
Seminar Presentation – Candidates are required to conduct in-depth study of a key concept of public interest and prepare a paper on it for presentation and assessment.
Mentoring Engagement – Candidate is expected to engage in practical mentorship assignment of not less than 2 months as part of the program.
Hybrid Capstone Project – Candidate is expected to initiate and execute a social impact project to demonstrate their commitment to social responsibility.
Educational Leadership Study Tour – Candidate is expected to undertake a visit to a corporate or governmental Institution within or outside their country of residence and develop a learning outcome of the study tour.
