The Program Description
The Professional Diploma is a post-graduate level course designed to build the personal capacity of participants, equip them to understand the dynamics of public leadership, and learn the art and science of leadership through the Fledism Leadership Philosophy

Program Purpose
To graduate globally relevant professional public leaders equiped with requisite knowledge, skills, and ethical orientation to excel in leadership and governance roles, thereby fostering a more responsive, accountable, and transparent public leadership.
Expected Outcomes
At full completion, students will:
- Develop a personal leadership philosophy
- Build core competencies in communication, collaboration, and critical thinking
- Demonstrate increased confidence and initiative
- Apply transformational leadership tools to real-world challenges
- Demonstrate human-centred leadership through the Fledism Leadership Philosophy.
Program Duration
The program is designed to be completed in nine (9) months of intensive study, divided into three trimesters.
Tier One – Basic (2-3 Months)
Tier Two – Advanced (3 Months)
Tier Three – Final Stage (4 months)
Admission Requirements
A minimum of HND or Bachelors degree in any field from a recognized institution.
Work Experience
Those with lower academic qualifications eg ND, but have evidence of years of working experiences in the public or private, could be considered for admission.
