Welcome to the Fled Group. We are a group of independent organizations operating under one mandate, but focusing on different targets to promote systemic leadership and human development in Africa.

Foundation for Leadership & Education Development- FLED was established in 1995 and works to build the leadership capacity of young people and students in Africa.

Fled International Leadership Institute is a graduate leadership institution established in 1999 to train an transformational public leaders in Africa.

Africa Centre for Public Leadership – ACPL is a professional membership organization established in 2022 as part of broader Initiatives to professionalize leadership development in Africa.

These three make up the Fled Ecosystem. As a group, we organize different leadership courses and programs in Nigeria and around Africa. 

We work in collaboration with our learning partners in Africa, Europe, and USA to organize Educational Study Tours to strategic institutions in Africa, and Europe, as part of our training programs.

We offer quality educational leadership and personal development programs that help participants to accelerate and increase their value in the marketplace!

We are always excited to welcome new Institutional Learning Partners – ILP – and Private Learning Partners – PLP.

We work with our partners to promote their programs and ours, online and onsite. We are open to continental corporations

Process

Institutional Partnership

  1. Expression of Interest fee: N35,000/$30
  2. Fill out the online application after reading the background information.
  3. Wait to receive a copy of Partnership Ground Rules.
  4. A Draft Memorandum of Understanding be sent to you for review and consent.
  5. Once the terms of MoU are agreed, the specified partnership/Affiliation fee shall be paid. 

Individual Learning Partner

  1. Expression of Interest fee: N15,000/$10
  2. Fill out the online application after reading the background information
  3. Thereafter, the MoU is signed by both parties.
  4. Implementation commences.
