African Institute of Public Leadership -AIPL, is a continental professional membership organization committed to the professionalization of public leadership practice in Africa.

Membership of AIPL is open to individuals who demonstrate a commitment to ethical leadership, public service, institutional excellence, and societal transformation.

AIPL brings together leaders and practitioners from government, public service, civil society, academia, development organizations, media, faith-based institutions, and the private sector who share a common commitment to advancing public leadership across Africa.

Application & Assessment Fee:
All applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application & Assessment fee to support administrative review and professional assessment.

The application fee does not guarantee admission.

Graduate Member – for young graduates that aspire to lead, serve and transform society. Application & Assessment Fee: N5,000/$5

Admission fee: N40k/$40

Associate Member – Must be working in the private or public sector with a minimum of a Diploma. Application & Assessment Fee: N5,000/$5

Admission fee: N60k/$60

Full Member – Must be working in the private or public sector with no less than 15 years of work experience as entrepreneurs or public servants, with demonstrable contributions to public leadership.

Application & Assessment Fee: N10,000/$10.

Admission fee: N120k/$120

Fellow– for leader-managers at directorate levels in private or public service, including academics with Masters & PhDs, diplomats, and individuals that have made significant leadership impact, with no less than 25 years of continuous work experience and demonstrable contributions to academics or public leadership.
