We are delighted to mark 30 years of unrelenting human capacity development work of Fled Group Africa (1995-2025) in Nigeria and abroad.
Starting off as Foundation for Leadership & Education Development – FLED – on April 17, 1995 in Lagos, Nigeria, we have grown into a group of social enterprise organizations working in the fields of leadership development, educational advancement, publishing, and other human development fields.
We now have other organizations as Fled International Leadership Institute, Africa Centre for Public Leadership – ACPL- Future World Magazine, etc.
Over the years, we have built the leadership and entrepreneurial capacity of young people to participate in development process; we have strengthened the leadership competence of diverse professionals in the public space; we have engaged in countless community service initiatives. Most importantly, we have connected the younger with the older generation of leaders and professionals through our mentoring programs.
To celebrate these groundswell achievements and our heritage, Fled Group Africa is convening an International Conference & Africa Public Leadership Award.
