To equip current and aspiring educational leaders with advanced knowledge in education policy, school management, and instructional leadership, empowering them to foster excellence, equity, and efficiency in the education sector.
Target Audience
This program is specifically designed for:
- Principals, Vice-Principals, and Heads of Departments in public and private schools.
- Aspiring school leaders and senior teachers.
- Officials and program officers in Ministries of Education, and their related agencies (e.g., UBEC, SUBEBs).
- Leaders and managers in educational NGOs and private educational foundations.
Program Duration
The program is structured to be completed in nine (9) months, organized into three trimesters.
Delivery Method
A hybrid delivery model will be utilized, combining intensive in-person leadership workshops, interactive online learning modules, and collaborative case-study analysis to ensure a flexible and impactful learning journey.

The curriculum comprises core modules, specialized electives, a hands-on leadership practicum in a school setting, and a final capstone project.

A Professional Diploma in Educational Leadership & Governance curriculum covers key aspects of educational leadership, management, and governance.
