The School of Micro Certifications and Continuing Education -SMCE – at FLED Institute oversees short courses that individuals could sign up and take online or onsite to enhance their personal and professional leadership competencies.
They could also be held as group programs for staff from the same organization. Groups or organizations may request to have any of the Courses conducted for them on-site at their own schedule, within an agreed time frame.
