Building Responsible Community Leadership for Sustainable Development
Programme Overview
The FLED Community Governance & Leadership Induction Programme (FC-GLIP) is a structured governance and leadership capacity-building initiative developed by FLED International Leadership Institute to prepare community leaders and Cooperative Society leaders for responsible, transparent, and development-focused leadership.
