FLED International Leadership Institute (FILI) was established in 1999 as a graduate leadership Institution to offer graduate-level transformational leadership education, public policy development, and research.
FLED Institute offers academic and professional leadership curricular drawn from Yale, Harvard, and Oxford leadership contents blended with Nigerian and African contexts and case studies to reflect African contextual realities so that FLED Institute graduates are globally and locally relevant.
FLED Institute runs its programs through Three Schools (Faculties in the University System). These include School of Micro Certification & Continuing Education, School of Professional Studies and Executive Education, and School of Postgraduate Studies.
Thes schools work hard to maintain global standards in teaching and learning in leadership education and research.

Faculty Immersion Program
Requirements for Faculty:
- Minimum of Masters Degree is any academic discipline. PhD will be an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience of Teaching in academic or non- academic environment.
- A post-graduate qualification in education will be an added advantage, but not compulsory.
