In a defining moment for leadership development and sustainable enterprise growth in Africa, FLED Group Africa (FGA) proudly announces the official launch of the FLED Endowment and Enterprise Fund (FEEF), scheduled for Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at KMC Hotel, Karu Site, Abuja, with virtual participation for guests across Africa and beyond.
The FLED Endowment and Enterprise Fund worth $7m is a visionary initiative designed to mobilize long-term financial resources to strengthen the mission of FLED International Leadership Institute (FLED-ILI) and other arms of FLED Group Africa. The Fund will support:
✅Leadership education and research;
✅Enterprise incubation and youth empowerment projects;
✅Women’s leadership development and economic inclusion programs; and
✅The sustainability of FLED’s transformative work across Africa.
According to Prof. Joseph Chinenyeze Ibekwe, President of FLED Group Africa, “FEEF is more than a financial pool — it’s a movement of people who believe that Africa’s greatness will be driven by leadership and enterprise. When we give, we plant the seeds of transformation that will outlive us.”
The Fund seeks donations, pledges, and partnerships from individuals, corporate bodies, development partners, philanthropists, and FLED alumni who share a commitment to building strong institutions and empowering citizens to lead change.
