Fled International Leadership Institute is a graduate leadership development institution established in 1999 to train and nurture transformational public leaders in Africa.

We organize short-term and long-term professional courses in public leadership in Nigeria and around Africa. 

We conduct direct induction into public leadership, which brings those inducted into an ecosystem of transformational public leaders in Africa. 

We work in collaboration with our partners in Europe and USA to organize Educational Leadership Study Tours to strategic institutions within Nigeria, Africa, and Europe, as part of our training programs.

We offer quality educational leadership and personal development programs that help participants to accelerate and increase their value in the marketplace!

We are looking for Institutional Learning Partners and private Consultants who could promote our programs and invite participants to join. We offer referral bonuses to our Partners and Consultants. We are also open to consider other conditions to cooperation

Partnership Process

  1. Fill out the online application after reading the background information.
  2. Wait to receive a copy of Partnership Ground Rules.
  3. A Draft Memorandum of Understanding be sent to you for review and consent.
  4. Once the terms of MoU are agreed, the specified partnership fee shall be paid. Some Partnerships require sign up payment, some do not require it.
  5. To be accepted as a Consultant, an applicant has to pay a one-off sign up fee of N30, 000/$50
  6. Thereafter, the MoU is signed by both parties.
  7. Implementation commences.
